Wave Student Conference InformatioN

Dear Parents & Students,

We are so excited for Wave Student Conference happening next week! We truly believe this is going to be a life-changing experience, and we can't wait to see all that God does in the lives of our students.

Please take a moment to review the information below to help your student have the best experience possible.

Permission Slip

Please print, complete, and bring the attached permission slip with you at drop-off.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Drop-Off:
Wednesday, July 15 at 11:30 AM
Ninth Grade Center – Tennis Courts Parking Lot

Pick-Up:
Friday, July 17 at approximately 8:00 PM
Ninth Grade Center – Tennis Courts Parking Lot

Hotel

We will be staying at:

Hyatt Place Austin/Round Rock

Money Needed

Students will only need spending money for:

• 3 meals (approximately $8–$15 per meal)

• Conference merchandise (typically $15–$60)

Packing List

Please make sure your student brings:

• Spending money

• At least 5 outfits

• Hygiene essentials (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, body wash, etc.)

• Appropriate sleepwear

• Swimsuit (we may have an opportunity to swim at the hotel)

Swimsuit Guidelines

Girls:

• Modest one-piece swimsuit with shorts preferred.

• If wearing a two-piece swimsuit, a shirt and shorts must be worn over it.

Boys:

• Modest swim trunks and a shirt.
