Lead pastor

Pastor Eric Cole has the privilege of serving as the lead pastor of Neon Life Church in Weatherford, Texas. With more than 25 years of ministry experience—including student ministry, executive leadership, worship, and creative design—Eric has a deep passion for serving the local church and helping people grow in their faith.

In 2014, God placed a vision in Eric and his wife’s hearts to plant Neon Life Church in Weatherford. What began as a step of faith has grown into a thriving church focused on reaching people with the love of Christ.

Pastor Eric’s heart is simple: help people find hope in Jesus, discover their God-given purpose, and build a church where everyone feels welcomed, loved, and free to pursue God wholeheartedly.
